i wonder who’s funeral it was. i’m guessing sawyer. also jack in his crazed state was pretty messed up. i can’t believe charlie got killed. and what happened to mikial?
To me it looks like we had our first flash forward, so they get off the island but were they supposed to leave? Jack’s life has fallen apart and who’s funeral did he go to?
Walt came back, he got old.
Charlie is dead, how tragic.
Hurley is awesome.
Penny makes contact, but it isn’t her search party? How did Naomi know Desmond’s name, and why were they looking for him, could it be Mr. Widmore looking for him?
overall i liked the episode. i had no idea that it wasn’t a flashback until jack said “we have to go back”. even when kate came out i thought maybe they had known each other. very interesting showing us the future. wish niaomi didn’t die so quick. would’ve liked some answers.
I’m so close to literally having my own funeral for Charlie. I kept thinking, nah, something’s going to happen ; he CAN’T die. But man, what a heroic way to go out! Charlie’s the man.
The casket was small… so I’m thinking it’s Ben. He’s a short guy. If it were Sawyer, Kate would’ve definitely been there.
Mikial keeps cheating death and it’s ticking me off. I hope Sayid serves him the way he did that one dude on the beach!
I think they could pick up the show from those Flashforwards. Have them off the island with recaps of Island showing how they got off. Then trying to get the gang together to get back.
I dont think the funeral was Sawyer, maybe Ben, or someone else Kate might have grown to hate. The real question is how far ahead in time the events are. If it is glimpses into a distant future, near the shows end, or maybe just a few months. If they get rescued right away from the cargo ship, those scenes very well could be from events in the next season a few months from now.
I think Kate is with Ben in the “flash forward” when she says she has to get back. I think it was Sawyer in the box. Also, what about the passengers and the “others” teaming up on the rescuers Ben says are the really bad guys?
Shawn Says:
I think they could pick up the show from those Flashforwards. Have them off the island with recaps of Island showing how they got off. Then trying to get the gang together to get back.
That’s exactly what I was thinking. It would be too confusing if they’d combine flashbacks and flashforwards, so they’d have to choose one of them. It would be an interesting change, to go a few years/months into the future, off the island, and figure out what happened, and what the consequenses of their resque are.
But then again, maybe it’s just like the snowteam on last season’s finale, and nothing really changes..
From screen caps the name in the obit definitely starts with a J. Some people are coming up with names of people we’ve never heard of but I don’t think they wanted us to know who it was, the writers might not even know. Could be John Locke or James Ford or some new person we haven’t met yet.
I agree that Locke would be the most likely person not to have any attendees at his viewing but I question whether or not he would have left the island.
Why isn’t Kate in jail, maybe the “him” she spoke of was her parole officer.
when lock was in the cabin and herd jacob say “help me”
then later he is shot from ben and ben says “you need jacob to help you”
thats is why walt comes back becuase walt was jacob/the black smoke/ there imagination
then later with the help of “walt” lock gets up and helps jacob by trying to stop them from getting off the island because ben is not lieing and that is what jacob told him.
dose that make any sence?? i hope it dose and that kinda helps me figure out the hole jacob thing and what locke is doing
What about Richard and the rest of Ben’s people??
I am too sick of Mikhail fooling death!!
I can’t stand Jack going gaga about all that seems to have happened to him (talking about the flashforwards)!
What if it wasn’t really a flashforward but one of Demond’s visions? Maybe he’s seeing just one way of getting off the island — like he saw different ways Charlie could die.
What a hero Charlie is!! It gave me goosebumps.
And I’m so glad Hurley found a way to be a demi-hero himself.
I agree with the theory that it was not Locke’s funeral. He would never leave the island, and because he is so connected to the island I believe he will become the “good” leader of the others and replace Ben.
I Zoomed in on the article. It is for sure a man. It says in the first line, a man found. Lower down I thought I could make out gun shot wound. Also, if the funeral is for someone with a J, what about the biggest most mysterious J we’ve had so far? Jacob!
Another possibility is that not everyone made it off the island. Some might have awaited a second helicopter, or maybe there was not enough room for everyone.
Stay Behindees
#1 John Locke - Legs/Island Love/Purpose
#2 Rose - Illness
#3 Bernard - Rose’s Illness
#4 Richard - Non Aging Weird thing
#5 Vision Walt - 6ft tall and Growing
my friends and i have an incred. theory going on here.
1. WE HATE BERNARD. he sucks. why did he have to give away their location.
2. John Locke is def. in the coffin. DUH. it’s not jacob stupid people.
3. Walt is messed. Yeah, that’s about all i can say right now.
4. Kate is gorgeous in the future back. She’s obviously not in jail, because she’s wearing a shit load of make up and driving a fricken volvo…ya think she’s in jail??
5. Naomi’s boat is bad peeps, yeah. But whatev because Ben’s people and the Losties will fight em.
6. Hurley is fricken awesome. And so is his van.
7. Juliet is going to turn her back on Jack…
8. Kate is currently pregnant with the child of Sawyer.
9. Juliet is pregnant with Jack’s baby (haha JUST KIDDING).
10. The rest of the show is going to be about their lives after the island but they will have flashbacks to when they were still on the island.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST
**BOONE should come back. cuz he was hot**
Get this guys, we all know that they wernt suposed to be rescued at that tim…The rescuressers were not penny, put the Darma Initiative trying to find its playc….Which is in another continium
…so when they get rescued they were sent back to a differenet realm,,Thils future event explaines why the Docs dad isnt dead, Kate isnt running from the law which she is so content ..but she sknow is wrong by the last look on her face. Our america has never heard of all these mysterious foundations and they want there ilsand back..so ben did not liehe knew the distruction they would bring to the ilsand and the losties.. They werent to be saved untill pennalapy finds them. So i propose that it is up to desmond to travel back into thepast talk jack out of using the receiver..This is what all the clues lead too…Jate could have gone back to to policeman for all i know, but that part is perplexing. i Believe its either lock or ben in the casket because both strongly represent the Island…a fact that he is obsesiving over , and for good reason. no one can live in a relm thats now there own…they never got to solve there problems on the island so now they have worse porblems.Hopfully this will happen in the next season so that my stomach can unscrample into this gknott.
*kate could have gone back to anxiously waiting police man for all we know. she could be with sawer which explains why she is so mousy. If he never delt with killing his dads killer, which if he stayed on the island a little longer he migh be able to do. So he is propably treating her like crape, but shes not running from the law so i guess its ok in comparison and she too has another problem to fix(and i dont mean explosives) boy i hope not. Destiny is destiny . Isnt what this show all about
omg what if she ends up killing sayer like her father. she does seem to be in a simmular relationship. if you dont get what im saying ,just read my last two entries thanks.
do you have spell check on your computer perhaps?
uhm and your theory is messed.
sorry. but no.
if you dont get what im saying ,just read my last two entries thanks.
sorry, your entries make absolutely NO sense.
and also what lost producer would make a show that stupid.
like you. and your spelling.
This was certainly a great way to end the season… though it was sad to see Charlie die.
About the coffin… I have no idea who could be in it… on a long shot… I would guess the guy who answered on the other end of the satellite phone when Jack called, is the man in the coffin.
Concerning Charlie’s death… it’s messed up that Charlie (a man who can’t escape the threat of death) is killed by Mikhail who cheats death all the time. I was hoping that Mikhail’s luck would rub off on Charlie.
Really loved seeing Jack lay the smackdown on that little weasel, Ben. He got his just desserts for all of the trouble he caused the Losties.
All in all, Ben could be telling the truth about the people Naomi is working for.
I find it strange that after Charlie cuts off the jammer, there is a live video feed from Penelope (Desmond’s G/F). Of all people… Penelope is the one on the other end… or was it really her?
Remember Shannon saw a backwards-talking “Walt” before she died… at the time that he was supposed to be out at sea on the raft (unbeknownst to them that he was in the custody of the Others). Before Eko was killed by “Old Smokey”, it had taken on the form of his brother Yemi.
I guess we’ll have to wait till February to find out
Let’s take aside the idea that the person in the coffin is a man. In Jack’s “flash forward” we can see that he has become very lonely. Where is Juliet? They were very close on the island, it is very strange if she also got away from the island (and she wanted this very bad) she isn’t with Jack in a difficult moment of his life. Now back to the coffin, small with someone inside with J as first letter… how about Juliet?
The actual truth is that it is michael in the coffin. The letter talks about a suicide and leaving behind a teenage son. The name is John losham, probably micahel under a different name. Jack is distraught, because he knows that Michael killed himself because he was so sad about leaving the rest of the losties on the island. The same thing jack did. This is why he wants to go back, so he won’t end up with the same fate.
Daniel Said: Juliet in coffin? Uh, we have been through this already. It is for sure a man. It says so in the article.
Something I would like to know, is why they wanted the children so much. Was it because they can’t have children on the island, or for much deeper purpose. They seemed to know about walt and his abilities, so maybe they wanted him to talk to jacob since ben cannot hear him.
OMG i was soo sad when Charlie dies..he was amazing..maybe Desmond was able to save him and revive him! Can you believe jack and juliet kissed… i dont like Juliet! I dont think I’m gonna be able to wait until FEBRUARY until season 4! That was totally awesome when Hurley ran the others over! I laughed so hard! As for the coffin I won’t even attempt to guess but i thought it was pretty harsh no one showed up!
It makes my heart beat all the stronger to see so many comments. I agree with everyone who enjoyed the finale. There are SO many new questions and we have an entire summer to bounce things back and forth. I like the concept of leaving the Island and going forward into a “version” of the future; much like a multiverse. Perhaps they DO get off of the Island and the Seasons to come will be about multiverses, getting back to the Island and why, and lastly keeping the Island safe from future intruders. This one is silly, but has anyone suggested that this could be Eden? The cherubim were charged with the protection of the Garden against any intruders which would explain the desire to keep the Island secret and safe at all costs. It might also explain why Richard and perhaps others have not aged. In “Not in Portland,” the wombs that Juliette studies are from 26 year old women who have the wombs of women in their later years; maybe they too are not aging. Hey, its out there… but no more so than some others. Hey, by the way, anybody out there got a theory about the Runway?
An amazing finale … it was really something .. talking times? i am really confused but there i have some theories, Might it be that its not the future but the past? and have they been in that island more than once? just like desmond.. and its only desmond the one that has the ability to remember in the island while for example jack an kate dont!.
“Obvious:” Oh please! How did you find out so much about the article? If it was an extremely talented screen capture, then may I impose upon you to find a way to put it on this site? There was an inkling in my heart that it was Michael, but I had no evidence to support it. MMMMMM, that’s good validation!
I am awful at anagrams, and I may be the last person to get this, but the name of the funeral parlor in Jack’s future was Hoffs/Drawler. An eagle-eyed fan pointed out that this is an anagram for “flash forward.” No real new information, but I do love the intricacies! Also, and this is just one man’s opinion, but I got the sense that Jack had hit rock bottom so badly, that he couldn’t even remember his own father was dead. I felt like the writers played it very cool so as to not give away the big reveal at the end (though the gray in Jack’s hair and beard betrayed their best efforts) but the expression on the younger Doctor’s face lead me to think that he believed Christian to be dead. It would explain why he was looking @ Jack “like that;” I mean, come on, it would be hard not to pity a man who can’t even remember that his own father is dead. I believe that the “Christian” we saw on the Island was the same kind of “thing” as Yemi, Kate’s Horse, Ben’s Mother and Nadia, the Cat. Sorry, but I still think “Dave” was just in Hurley’s head. Now, as for the “Hurley Bird,” I have no clue.
I heard the directors talking about the show were the blad guys stated that they could not get off the Ilsand or” the Show would be over” BIG CLUE . go watch the show at abc, lost and see for yourself
PLEASE, EVERYONE…. KEEP COMMENTING AND THEORIZING! I am not very cool and I don’t have a Wii, so I need your help getting through the next 250 days. Do you have a theory that needs researching? I’ll do it! Do you want me to correct your spelling so others won’t yell at you (it doesn’t matter to me but to each their own)? I’m on it! At this point, I might even try my hand at winning my very own lil’ Charlie doll… though the best I can do is shoot it on my phone. My friends, my Romans, my countrymen: let us blog our way thorugh this Dark Territory called hiatus!
Sorry, I just can’t seem to stop…
So, what has anyone come up with on the title of the finale? I could get all metaphorical and say that the flash forwards and the fact that they are getting off of the Island (in one way/time/space) is a departure from one “universe,” or one state of being into the next. However, with this controled freetime of mine (dayjob), I looked into Carrol’s book and found some fascinating similarities. This time around, Chess plays a very big part in book, Alice deals with many mirror/opposite themes and time becomes less structured (moving backward and so on). Also, Alice is given a chance by the Red Queen to take the throne if she can move to the eighth rank in Chess. Alice, begins as a pawn but she eventually becomes the Queen, putting the Red King in check (the Red King is in a stationary position throughout). What if John Locke symbolizes Alice? What if his journey Through the Looking Glass is about his struggle to take over leadership. Jacob could be the Red King; trapped by the Red Queen (Ben) who is trying to protect him (though in this case it might be more of an act). I could even say that the Locke’s desire to get into the hatch was his trip down the Rabbit Hole. Eh?
I have said before, and I still persist, that the producers and writers are wise to continue adding questions and rationing out the answers. Some things, I just don’t want to know until we reach the journey’s end. That being said, though, here are some things I have been wondering about that I would love to see crop up next season:
1) Hurley Bird (yes, I know I won’t shut up about it)
2) A flashback for Rousseau and her team; further more, why would people so obssessed with fertility not want to study someone who had given birth on the Island?
3) Adam and Eve in the cave (some believe this to be the DeGroots)
4) The four toed statue and I’m guessing it’s relation to this “temple” Richard took the “others” to
5) Can we meet Radzinsky?
6) Was there a reason for Isabelle, the Sherriff of Wysteria Village? If yes, then where has she been before and since?
7) What was the incident? If the Swan truly was so important, why didn’t Ben care about the button? Walt’s “clairaudience;” the ability to be in 2 places simultaneously
Granted, this is the tip of the iceberg, but these are the things at the forefront of my mind. I hope people will respond with their theories, or better yet, their own “wish lists.”
The Hurley bird, there’s a blast from the past that I’m STILL clueless on.
Did anyone else notice right away that this was present day in the finale? I did. Jack had a MOTORAZR or a lookalike. I remember 2004, I had the coolest phone at the time a V60i. It was a turd of a phone, no where near the modern superphones.
So things I need to know:
When is the DVD set coming out?
When does S4 start?
What did it say on charlie’s hand?
What did the article actually say?
Why is it that young male african-american actors age 3.1415 times faster than all other actors? Did you see the sloppy VO for Walt? He must be 7 foot 3 and twenty-eight years old. Voice as boyish as ever though.
and fianally,
this show is the best show in the long history of shows.
I don’t know if this idea has been mentioned before, but what if they are all dead and in purgatory? even though the flash forward shows them off the island they could still be in purgatory, and that would definitly explain why naomi saw news footage of the plane full of dead bodies on the ocean floor. wich by the way the whole plane full of bodies/no survivors thing seems to be a topic no body has talked about yet. any idea’s anyone?
but then again we know from Penny’s message that naomi’s not telling the truth about why she’s there so what else is she lying about?
but back to my original idea about them being dead and in purgatory might be possible since a large part about the series seems to be about
destiny/good vs evil/ etc and we have learned from flashbacks that a large number of the losties have commited at least one major sin.and some of them have commited more than that.
btw possibly jesus style religion stuff, john can move his legs cos he has been shot. walt turns up and commands him get up u can use ur legs and suddenly john can walk again. who knose
dg:, and that would definitly explain why naomi saw news footage of the plane full of dead bodies on the ocean floor. wich by the way the whole plane full of bodies/no survivors thing seems to be a topic no body has talked about yet. any idea’s anyone?
like ben has said u cant find this island they have establised 1ce u leave u dont come back so government cudnt find the plane and made a coverup it wouldnt be the first time governent has made coverups.
The producers have said that the Island is not Purgatory, and I hope that they haven’t started purposefully misinforming us. As for good ol’ Walt, I don’t know why, but I just assumed Malcom had a growth spurt and that was it. I have since re-watched, and I can definately see what everyone is talking about…. but I stick to my theory of human development. As I sat alone staring at my blank TV last night, another set of questions came up. I had not heard much about the re-appearance of Cindy and the kids, and while re-watching, I did not notice them with the mass exodus of “Others.” Are they, the “Watchers” I guess, part of another group on the Island or are they a specific class of “other?” The more I thought about it, the more I realized that the “Watchers” could be where the whispers come from. When Eko and Jin hid from (what they assumed to be) the “Others,” they were preceeded by the whispers. Then we saw a group pass that included at least one of the missing Flight 815 kids (note the Teddy bear). When Cindy disappeared (after the kids were taken… and had become part of the “Watchers”), we heard the whispers again. It would explain why Cindy would join them so quickly; if the children were part of the whispers, Cindy would naturally want to go with them. Yet we never see anyone during the whispers. Could it be that the “Watchers” are present but unseen during the whispers because they are out of phase with this time/space? I am going to have learn more about quantum mechanics and multiverses….
DG: Yeah, the plane full of bodies is a puzzler. If they are in fact playing with time and space, then it’s possible that the plane and the bodies that have been found are in fact those of Flight 815. Did you ever see the film Millenium (not the TV show, the film with Cheryl Ladd and Kris Kristofferson)? In it, time travelers from the future were re-populating the future by abducting plane crash victims from the past, seconds before their crash. It wasn’t a very good film, but the idea is interesting. If the “Others” have (or did have) access to SO many resources (apparently, they have operatives all over Canada), perhaps they found a way to place decoys in the world Flight 815 came from so that no one would come looking for them. If time travel is in play, maybe the survivors truly crashed in one timeline and the ones we know and love are versions of themselves from an earlier timeline. Man, my head hurts… did you ever see Pi? Maybe the human mind simply can’t handle this advance a science.
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t know the law very well, but even if everyone was overjoyed to see the Survivors of Flight 815, why would Kate’s record be expunged? She killed her step-father, committed arson, bank robbery, multiple murders (though I am unclear as to whether or not she did kill any of her fellow heist accomplices) and has been running from the law for a few years now… when they take her in, she is not going to come out ever again. No parole, no time off for good behavoir, no “she’s been through enough already… there is no life for Kate off of this Island. Hmmm, I wonder how many of our friends that truly applies to?
Why does every summary of the story of Kelvin and Desmond say that Desmond thinks, or it seems that he killed Kelvin Joe Inman. I thought that was a pretty clear death (it sure sounded like it). Also, you wonderous anagram experts out there:
K E L V I N J O E I N M A N
That just can’t be a real name. Who names their kid Kelvin?
Hey Jop, you want to join the our blogging team? You seem to have alot of good stuff to say, so if you’re interested send us an email. And that offer is good for anybody.
also. this aint been metioned yet how the hell do the “others” know everyting about everyone? they havent actually mentioned how they know stuff they just know it. prehaps they are all gods fallen angels gob is jacob john is ment to be with them apparently and the rest are being tested to get into heaven the islan is a test to see who can repent thier sins and change thier lives. if they fail they go to hell or die on the island. if there good there given a second chance at life. im not alking about pergatory mayb it was fate that brought all these people together like john said and fate will sort them out. 1
If it is Michael (as obvious suggests), where is Walt? Michael is the only one with a teenage son, so that makes sense, but I don’t know why Walt wouldn’t go to the funeral, unless he was mad at his dad for taking him away from the island and leaving the others.
Is there a link to a good screen capture of the newspaper obit?
Clearly, Walt is tied to the island, and “the chosen one” even more than Locke is, so maybe Walt went back and not just in spirit.
Why does Jack think it was a big mistake to leave the island? Kate looks like she’s getting along with life just fine. Jack shouldn’t feel bad about leaving people on the island if they chose to stay.
Kate may have changed identities, so maybe they Feds think she is dead. Remember, she burned her passport and was going to adopt a new identity when she was trying to get on the raft.
Plus, what happen to the big celebration Charlie expected upon his return? Since he’s dead did the rest of the world not care that some people survived the crash? That would have been a miracle all by itself, and newsworty at least for 15 minutes of fame.
Guess: this is the best screen cap. I have found thus far, thanks to Sledgeweb’s Lost: http://lost.cubit.net/viewEgg.php?id=294
As for the appearence of Walt, I am not sure that we saw the true Walt. I do think what we saw (in terms of how the actor looked) was a result of Malcom getting older. However, I think that we will eventually get back to Michael and Walt on the raft. When that time comes, I wonder how Walt will be able to deal with Michael’s double homicide. His inability to come to terms with that could explain why Walt was not at the funeral home; if it is in fact Michael in the coffin. While we’re on that topic, ever hear of the Da Tien? It is the spiritual energy reservoir located just below the navel. In Taoist and Chinese Buddhist beliefs, the Da Tien can be used as a “5th limb” (if harnessed correctly) and is thought to be the center of such abilities as astral projection, clairaudience, clairvoyance and energetic healing. Harnessing of the Da Tien is said to be easier for a child. Heck, maybe what we saw is Walt, or at least his energy. Perhaps he projected to Locke, healed him and sent him on his way. Now, as for why…. well, we still have a few days to try and tackle that one

I have to watch that again.

I’m thinking the day we saw in the future is May 24, 2007, just as the time frame while on the island begins the same day as the series premiere.
Why not John Locke in the casket? I doubt there is any one left that would call him a friend. He has no family.

Could it have been Locke’s funeral? Kate would not have wanted to got to that, in fact, Locke probably didn’t have ANYONE who would be at his funeral.
By Larry on May 24, 2007
From screen caps the name in the obit definitely starts with a J. Some people are coming up with names of people we’ve never heard of but I don’t think they wanted us to know who it was, the writers might not even know. Could be John Locke or James Ford or some new person we haven’t met yet.

So it’s bad for them to get of the island..does this mean that Ben was telling the truth after all? Are they the good guys?

What if it wasn’t really a flashforward but one of Demond’s visions? Maybe he’s seeing just one way of getting off the island — like he saw different ways Charlie could die.
What a hero Charlie is!! It gave me goosebumps.
And I’m so glad Hurley found a way to be a demi-hero himself.

I agree with the theory that it was not Locke’s funeral. He would never leave the island, and because he is so connected to the island I believe he will become the “good” leader of the others and replace Ben.
By MikeMo on May 24, 2007
I Zoomed in on the article.

It’s not Jacob’s funeral. I doubt he can leave the island if not everyone can see him!
By Tiffany on May 25, 2007
my friends and i have an incred. theory going on here.

By anathea says on May 25, 2007
*kate could have gone back to anxiously waiting police man for all we know. she could be with sawer which explains why she is so mousy.

I guess we’ll have to wait till February to find out
By Adam on May 26, 2007
Penelope’s dad run’s Darma Initiative. o ya it’s john in the casket
By Jason on May 26, 2007
Let’s take aside the idea that the person in the coffin is a man.
By Daniel on May 26, 2007
Everyone who thinks it John in the coffin is stupid. That is the obvious answer but when the hell has Lost ever been obvious?
By Lucy on May 26, 2007
P.S. I heart Hurley
By Lucy on May 26, 2007
The actual truth is that it is michael in the coffin.

Something I would like to know, is why they wanted the children so much. Was it because they can’t have children on the island, or for much deeper purpose. They seemed to know about walt and his abilities, so maybe they wanted him to talk to jacob since ben cannot hear him.
By Shawn on May 28, 2007
OMG i was soo sad when Charlie dies..he was amazing..maybe Desmond was able to save him and revive him! Can you believe jack and juliet kissed… i dont like Juliet!
By Jop on May 29, 2007
An amazing finale … it was really something .. talking times? i am really confused but there i have some theories, Might it be that its not the future but the past? and have they been in that island more than once? just like desmond.. and its only desmond the one that has the ability to remember in the island while for example jack an kate dont!.
By Gato on May 30, 2007
“Obvious:” Oh please!

Eh?
By Jop on Jun 1, 2007
I have said before, and I still persist, that the producers and writers are wise to continue adding questions and rationing out the answers. Some things, I just don’t want to know until we reach the journey’s end. That being said, though, here are some things I have been wondering about that I would love to see crop up next season:
Walt’s “clairaudience;” the ability to be in 2 places simultaneously
Granted, this is the tip of the iceberg, but these are the things at the forefront of my mind. I hope people will respond with their theories, or better yet, their own “wish lists.”
By Jop on Jun 1, 2007
Hi, Im new.
By Joe K on Jun 4, 2007
The funeral home was a low budget, inner city place. I’m nearly certain that Michael was in the coffin.

I don’t know if this idea has been mentioned before, but what if they are all dead and in purgatory? even though the flash forward shows them off the island they could still be in purgatory, and that would definitly explain why naomi saw news footage of the plane full of dead bodies on the ocean floor. wich by the way the whole plane full of bodies/no survivors thing seems to be a topic no body has talked about yet. any idea’s anyone?
but then again we know from Penny’s message that naomi’s not telling the truth about why she’s there so what else is she lying about?
but back to my original idea about them being dead and in purgatory might be possible since a large part about the series seems to be about
destiny/good vs evil/ etc and we have learned from flashbacks that a large number of the losties have commited at least one major sin.and some of them have commited more than that.
any ideas about that anyone?

By Jop on Jun 7, 2007
By Jop on Jun 7, 2007
By Jop on Jun 7, 2007
Why does every summary of the story of Kelvin and Desmond say that Desmond thinks, or it seems that he killed Kelvin Joe Inman. I thought that was a pretty clear death (it sure sounded like it). Also, you wonderous anagram experts out there:

By jason on Jun 8, 2007

I have found thus far, thanks to Sledgeweb’s Lost:
http://lost.cubit.net/viewEgg.php?id=294
