Lost Returns Thursday’s at 9
December 15, 2007 – 9:18 amABC has announced their midseason schedule for 2008 and it places Lost in a spot formerly occupied by Grey’s Anatomy. Season 4 begins Thursday January 31st at 9:00 pm, about a week earlier than expected and for the first time it will not be on Wednesday. The new time slot will help Lost avoid American Idol which is a ratings whore. Other popular shows in this new time slot include “The Office” and “CSI” but with those shows already out of new material they shouldn’t put up much of a fight. It is certain to be two months of bliss.

You’re question is quite important, since the original time slot announcement we’ve learned that the premiere episode on this Thursday will be a 2 hour one starting at 8:00 pm. For different time zones and abc affiliates check your local listings.

Upon further investigation I have found that the first hour is a recap episode, the actual premiere is the second hour starting at 9:00 pm.
