At this point the countdown will remain the way it is until the series ends. It uses your computer’s clock to count down to 9pm on Tuesdays in your local time. I’d like for the timer to work around the world but unfortunately I’m not able to manage accommodating all tv schedules.

Is it possible to add some time zone support? I believe this is only accurate if you live in the Pacific time zone.

Hello! The countdown timer is awesome Can you make it work for other countries with different local time? Right now it says we have 4:30 hours left but this is wrong because it looks my local time…

I’m new to blogging so forgive if this is in the wrong place.
my theory:
4 8 15 16 23 42 are the seat numbers on the airplane.

4 – Locke (John)sat upfront due to wheelchair
8 – Reyes (Hurley)was in first class
15 – Ford (James)sat next to 16 – Jarrah (Sayid)
23 – Shephard (Jack)
42 – Kwon (Jin or Sun)

I bet the times they are in the plane and whatnot is the alternate future. Obviously.
And whenever the people on the Island fixes things, they will be automaticly in the present time where they never crashed, but they will finnally know exactly what happened; Kate will fully recognize Claire and Aaron, and Sawyer will realize who he let slide past on the elevator– and so forth.
Everything’ll fall into place.

Oh, and Jacob is inhabbiting Sayid, like “the man in black” inhabbits the “man who looks like John Locke”.

it might be cool to use the countdown timer in a different way;
choose the way it looks, and pick a date and time yourself that it will count down to, and then copy the piece of code and paste it on your own wbesite

Good question… I never thought of what it might become! I agree that it would be cool if it could countdown to anything.

Maybe it could be like the countdown timer widget for macs where every 108 minutes you have to enter the numbers or the alarm goes off.

Either way thanks for having the timer, I’ve used it on both of my LOST sites I’ve run!
